QBay cannot email you a reset link yet. Write to support from the address on your account and we will verify it is you and reset it by hand.

That is how we know the request is yours. A reset asked for from any other address is one we will decline — which is the same protection working in your favour if somebody ever asks for yours.
- Still signed in somewhere? You can change your password from Settings without any of this.
- Nothing on your account changes while you wait. Your CVs, saved jobs and applications are all still there.
